Paid advertising and campaign expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
Completed consultation, strategy planning, or any digital deliverables.
Any third-party software or tools purchased for the project.

Our team will review your request within 7 working days and notify you of the decision.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
The refund will be credited using the original payment method.
