1. Service-Based Model
Our services include strategic planning, digital marketing, and consultation, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.
2. Revision & Modification
If you are not satisfied with the service outcome, we offer revisions and optimizations instead of returns.
Clients must request modifications within 5 days of service completion.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund as per our Refund Policy.
Once the service is initiated, cancellations are not possible.
